Nature of work

  • Monitoring of company's operational processes, identification of waste and increasing efficiency.
  • Improving existing processes and cooperating with process owners.
  • Applying LEAN methods and modern technologies in production and administrative activities.
  • Cooperating with customers and suppliers on improvement issues.
  • Preparing and updating process diagrams, procedures and reports.

Employee requirements

  • Analytical thinking and results orientation.
  • Communicative skills, willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken), at least B2 level.
  • Technical/engineering education or experience in a similar field would be an advantage.
