PROCESS GROUP HEAD(S)

We are currently looking for a new team member in the Process Efficiency team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing process groups, their strategic direction, initiating and implementing changes. Do you think we are on the right track? Then we are waiting for you in our team!

You will contribute to the creation of a safe and green energy ecosystem:

• By drawing the direction of the process group, proposing and managing transformation and automation changes;
• By determining process group indicators together with owners, monitoring and analyzing them;
• By ensuring effective supervision and control of process groups, initiating changes and managing them to the final result;
• By modeling and documenting process groups, ensuring their clarity, integrity and efficiency;
• By coordinating process group inputs, results and responsibilities with stakeholders;
• Preparing periodic reports on process group indicators, execution and availability;
• Providing proposals and initiating changes to IT systems, achieving process group efficiency and data quality;
• Forming working groups, setting goals and ensuring their achievement;
• Ensuring timely internal and external communication about process group changes;
• Consulting other departments on issues in the managed area and sharing best practices;
• Initiating proposals for innovative ways of working, ensuring operational efficiency.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from 3,430 to 5,150 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
