We are looking for a Process Group Manager to join our team! We are looking for a leader who will shape the direction of the organization's process management, mobilize the team around common goals, and initiate changes to improve performance. 🌲What will you do in the team?
- You will lead and develop a team of process specialists, coordinate their activities and take care of the professional growth of team members.
- You will form and implement the organization's process management vision, methodologies, standards and best practices.
- You will analyze, develop, optimize and standardize the organization's operational processes, ensuring their efficiency and compliance with the organization's goals.
- You will initiate, coordinate and supervise process improvement and organizational change initiatives from idea to result.
- You will identify process owners in the organization's departments, develop their process management competencies and coordinate their activities.
- You will strengthen cooperation between departments, aiming for the application of unified process management principles in the organization.
- You will monitor the results of process activities, set improvement priorities and provide recommendations and insights.
🌲What do we expect from you?
- Have a higher university education.
- Have experience in process management, performance improvement, performance planning or analysis.
- Have experience in leading a team, project managers.
- Know the principles of process modeling, documentation and improvement.
- Able to identify, analyze and evaluate performance indicators (KPI), prepare conclusions and recommendations.
- Have excellent cooperation, negotiation and communication skills and are able to mobilize different departments of the organization for common goals.
- Think strategically, initiate changes and are able to consistently implement them until the final result.
We will consider as an advantage
- Experience in managing transformation, digitalization or automation initiatives.
- Practical experience in applying process improvement methodologies (Lean or similar).
- Understanding of IT systems and data management principles.
- Experience working in a large organization or group of companies.
