We are looking for a Process Engineering Department Manager for our growing team, located in Vilnius, Svylos St. 16 .
Teltonika's electronics manufacturing departments develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

In this position, you will:
- You will be responsible for organizing and controlling the work of the process engineering department.
- You will be responsible for developing the strategy of the process engineering department and implementing it in accordance with the company's goals.
- You will ensure the standardization of production processes, documentation, and application of best practices throughout production.
- You will plan and manage the department's resources (personnel, competencies, priorities).
- You will ensure the implementation and validation of electronic device manufacturing processes during NPI and engineering changes.
- You will be responsible for the continuous monitoring, analysis, compliance with goals and improvement of the department's KPIs (OEE, IRR, FPY, etc.).
- You will ensure the achievement of quality, productivity and cost goals and compliance with standards.
- You will ensure smooth inter-team cooperation with production, quality, technical and product engineering departments.
What we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of management experience in the field of process engineering in a complex, regulated manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of SPC, MSA, Cp/Cpk and the ability to apply data-driven solutions.
- Practical Lean / Six Sigma experience in process improvement.
- Ability to manage priorities and achieve results in NPI, small series and mass production environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to read technical documentation (drawings, diagrams, BOM).
- Good Excel skills, experience with MES / data systems.
- English language – B2 level or higher.
- Experience in implementing process or technological changes in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in validation of manufacturing processes (IQ, OQ, PQ) - an advantage.
- Experience in regulatory standards (IATF, ISO 13485) - an advantage.

Salary:
We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position from 24 Eur/hr. to 30 Eur/hr. (~4032 Eur - 5040 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.
- The employment contract sets and defines a fixed (tariff) hourly salary before taxes.
