Head of Process Engineering Department

Nature of work

Our manufacturing units in Vilnius and Molėtai not only manufacture and assemble Teltonika devices, but also provide external customers with product development and contract manufacturing services - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. We use advanced automation and robotics to turn any complex idea into a fully-fledged product.

In this position, you will:

  • You will be responsible for organizing and controlling the work of the process engineering department.
  • You will be responsible for forming the strategy of the process engineering department and its implementation in accordance with the company's goals.
  • You will ensure the standardization of production processes, documentation and application of good practices throughout production.
  • You will plan and manage the department's resources (personnel, competencies, priorities).
  • You will ensure the implementation and validation of electronic device manufacturing processes during NPI and engineering changes.
  • You will be responsible for the continuous monitoring, analysis, compliance with targets and improvement of the department's KPIs (OEE, IRR, FPY, etc.).
  • You will ensure the achievement of quality, productivity and cost goals and compliance with standards.
  • You will ensure smooth cross-team cooperation with the production, quality, technical and product engineering departments.

What we expect from you:

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the field of process engineering in a complex, regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of SPC, MSA, Cp/Cpk and the ability to apply data-driven solutions.
  • Practical Lean / Six Sigma experience in process improvement.
  • Ability to manage priorities and achieve results in NPI, small series and mass production environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to read technical documentation (drawings, diagrams, BOM).
  • Good Excel skills, experience with MES / data systems.
  • English language – B2 level or higher.
  • Experience in implementing process or technological changes in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in validation of manufacturing processes (IQ, OQ, PQ) is an advantage.
  • Experience in regulatory standards (IATF, ISO 13485) is an advantage.

Salary:

We value the efforts and experience of each employee, therefore we offer a competitive salary that matches your competencies.
The salary for this position is from 24 Eur/hour to 30 Eur/hour (excluding taxes), depending on experience and competencies.

  • The employment contract establishes and defines a fixed (tariff) hourly wage before taxes.
