Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze and break down production processes into clear, repeatable steps that ensure quality, safety and stable results;
- Prepare and constantly update workplace instructions, linking them to the entire process, not individual operations;
- Describe and standardize the correct way of working, identifying critical quality, safety and equipment control points;
- Ensure uniform understanding and application of production processes in different shifts and teams;
- Act as the owner of Standard Work and guarantor of process stability in production;
- Collaborate with production, technologists, quality and other departments in implementing process solutions;
- Identify deviations from the standard and turn process descriptions into "living" documents.
What do we expect from you?
- Successful experience in process improvement in a manufacturing environment;
- Practical experience in applying Lean or similar continuous improvement practices;
- Experience with process mapping tools;
- Analytical, curious, good communication skills;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Higher education.
