Process Engineer | Electronics Manufacturing

We are looking for a Process Engineer to supplement and strengthen our growing team located in Molėtai, Paluokesos g. 11.

Teltonika's electronics manufacturing departments develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

In this position, you will:

• Analyze the OEE (overall equipment effectiveness factor) of processes and ensure that it meets the set goals.
• Introduce and validate new product testing processes (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• You will strive to continuously improve the productivity of testing processes, maintaining their repeatability and high quality standards.
• You will collect and analyze data from testing processes to offer informed solutions and initiate effective process improvements.
• You will lead testing technology implementation and continuous improvement initiatives: shorten cycle times and optimize manufacturing processes.
• You will actively collaborate with product engineers, maintenance engineers, quality assurance engineers and production personnel to improve operational efficiency.
• You will provide technical support in production, resolve test equipment, process and diagnostic issues.
• You will create and update product testing instructions, share knowledge with the production team and promote the application of best practices in daily operations.

What we expect from you:

• You have at least 2 years of work experience with SMT (surface mount technology), THT (through-hole technology), electronics manufacturing and testing processes.
• You are familiar with SPC tools, MSA and are able to calculate process capacity.
• You are able to read technical drawings, schematics and bills of materials (BOM).
• You have knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, and are able to apply them at work.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you are able to identify the causes of problems and apply data-based solutions.
• You are communicative and able to cooperate smoothly in an interdisciplinary team (engineering, manufacturing, quality department).
• You are flexible and able to quickly adapt to changes in a dynamic production environment.
• You have the initiative – to notice improvement opportunities yourself and strive for continuous progress.

Salary:
We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position is from 18 Eur/hour. up to 24 Eur/hour* (~3024 Eur – ~4032 Eur per month) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence; with the possibility of receiving bonuses.
