Nature of work
We are looking for a Production Process Engineer to join our electronics manufacturing team in Vilnius.
In this position, you will work with real production processes – analyze their operation, solve technical challenges and find ways to produce faster, more stable and more efficiently.

Assessing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer an attractive salary that matches the candidate's skills and competence. The salary for this position starts from 16 Eur/h to 22 Eur/h (~2688 Eur – 3674 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.
In this position, you will work with real production processes – analyze their operation, solve technical challenges and find ways to produce faster, more stable and more efficiently.
What will you do?
- Analyze the efficiency, productivity, OEE and cycle times of production processes.
- Look for the causes of process failures and losses and propose solutions.
- Improve production processes – shorten cycle times, increase productivity and reduce production losses.
- Contribute to the introduction of new product production processes.
- Participate in the implementation of new technologies, equipment and automation solutions.
- Resolve daily technical issues related to the production process.
- Collaborate with product, production and maintenance engineers.
- You will prepare and update work instructions for production processes.

- Technical or engineering education.
- Interest in production processes, technologies and their improvement.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to find the causes of problems.
- Ability to work with data and make decisions based on them.
- Initiative, independence and willingness to learn.
- Ability to cooperate with colleagues from different fields.
An advantage if:
- You have experience in a manufacturing company.
- You have worked in production, processes, technologies, automation or a similar technical field.
- You have encountered OEE, Lean, SPC or other process improvement tools.
- You know how to read technical drawings, diagrams or component lists (BOM).
- It is not necessary to meet all points. If you have a technical background, understand or want to learn more about production processes and want to grow in the field of process engineering, we invite you to apply.

Salary:
Assessing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer an attractive salary that matches the candidate's skills and competence. The salary for this position starts from 16 Eur/h to 22 Eur/h (~2688 Eur – 3674 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.
