Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Supervision of production and equipment-related processes and ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with established requirements;
- Monitoring, analysis of production processes and identification of opportunities for improving process efficiency;
- Analysis of failures, coordination of their resolution and initiation of preventive actions;
- Analysis of production data and budgets, provision of conclusions and recommendations;
- Preparation and updating of production process instructions based on technical documentation provided by manufacturers;
- Preparation, maintenance and updating of cleaning instructions in accordance with established standards;
- Cooperation with production, technical maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth operation of processes.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- Higher education in engineering, manufacturing, mechanics, industry or other related field;
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of manufacturing, process engineering or technical maintenance;
- Knowledge of the principles of operation of production processes and equipment;
- Experience in developing, updating or administering work, technological or cleaning instructions;
- Ability to analyze production indicators, data and budgets and make data-based decisions;
- Good skills in working with MS Excel;
- Knowledge of the English language, allowing you to work with manufacturers' technical documentation.
