Your responsibilities:

- Create, document, implement, and maintain the organization's management and operational processes;
- Form the principles of process creation, change, monitoring, and archiving in the organization;
- Ensure that processes are clear, practical, auditable, and aligned with business goals;
- Manage the entire process life cycle - from idea and creation to implementation, monitoring results, and continuous improvement;
- Apply process improvement methodologies in a manufacturing environment, focusing on efficiency and value creation;
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and losses and initiate improvement initiatives;
- Lead interdisciplinary process improvement projects from start to finish;
- Grow, motivate and develop a team of process specialists.
What do we expect from you?
- Successful experience in process management or improvement in a manufacturing environment;
- Practical experience in applying Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement practices;
- Experience in implementing process changes and working with various organizational functions;
- Strong project management skills;
- Leadership and the ability to mobilize and grow a team for a common goal;
- Analytical, organizational and communication skills;
- Good knowledge of English.
