We are looking for a Process Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the e-store, oversee the processes of orders, products, payments, logistics and data and contribute to their improvement.
In this role, you will work closely with the marketing, IT and operations teams and external partners, contributing to the smooth operation of the e-commerce channel and process optimization.

Future tasks and responsibilities
🟢Administer e-commerce management system: upload and edit products, manage categories, prices, balances and website content.
If necessary, oversee the order path from receipt to invoicing, packaging and shipping.
🟢Manage order statuses and ensure that customers receive correct automatic notifications on time.
🟢Administer payment platforms, oversee payment methods and resolve payment-related discrepancies.
🟢Coordinate the processes of shipment formation, delivery statuses and courier systems.
🟢Monitor suppliers' XML data flows: product codes, prices, balances and data updates.
Identify systemic errors and coordinate their resolution with responsible persons.
🟢Monitor the operation of existing systems, pricing rules and automatic price changes.
🟢Work with the accounting system and internal company processes.
Track current projects, priorities, and daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

Expectations for your competence
🟢Experience in e-commerce, administration or process coordination.

🟢Analytical thinking, ability to notice process shortcomings and propose solutions to improve them.
