Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Process Coordinator to the Artea bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will be responsible for improving, supporting and coordinating customer service and sales processes;
- You will perform process analysis, model “as-is” processes and identify opportunities by defining “to-be” processes;
- You will prepare change and implementation plans, lead and/or coordinate the implementation of planned process changes in cooperation with other departments;
- You will determine process performance indicators, monitor their results, provide insights for implementing changes;
- You will prepare and consolidate the description of processes in the company's internal procedures (regulations) and organize training and consult on process management issues for employees of other departments;
- You will contribute to the development, testing and implementation of sales and cross-sell initiatives;
- You will prepare analytical insights and data-based proposals for improving the quality of sales and customer service.
To be #closer, you will need:
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of process coordination, in financial institutions;
- Knowledge of sales and customer service processes,
- Good analytical skills;
- Be result-oriented;
- Have excellent business planning and management skills;
- Be able to communicate and work well in a team, have good communication and presentation skills;
- We will consider the ability to work with Bizagi or another process modeling program as an advantage;
- Insight and a conscious approach - the ability to recognize risks, apply compliance principles in your activities and ensure responsible decision-making.
