Process Coordinator

Are you the kind of person who likes everything to have its place, processes to have a clear logic, and the question "how does it actually work here?" remains unanswered?

We are looking for a Process Coordinator who would help us describe and improve the processes taking place in the company. This will involve a lot of communication, analysis, questioning, checking, drawing up diagrams, and sometimes making a confusing process into one that is understood not only by its author 🙂

▪️You will collect and systematize information about the processes taking place in the company.
▪️You will communicate with employees from different departments and help to create a general picture of the process.
▪️You will describe the course of the processes, responsibilities, systems used and the most important steps.
▪️You will create and update process diagrams, descriptions and other documentation.
▪️You will help analyze where the process can be simplified, accelerated or made clearer.
▪️You will prepare summaries, tables, reports and other information necessary for process management.
▪️You will contribute to the implementation of new processes and the improvement of existing processes.

▪️You like order, structure and clarity.
▪️You know how to select the most important things from a large amount of information.
▪️You are not afraid to ask “why?” and “what happens next?”
▪️You are able to communicate clearly with both specialists and managers.
▪️You are meticulous, responsible and pay attention to details.
▪️You are able to organize your work independently.
