What will you do after joining us?
- You will analyze the organization's processes, assess their efficiency and look for opportunities to improve, standardize, digitize and automate them.
- You will initiate and manage process and system changes - from identifying the need and searching for a solution to its implementation and evaluating the result.
- You will work with different departments of the organization, delve into their needs and turn them into clear business and system requirements.
- You will represent business needs in cooperation with the IT team, system suppliers, process owners and other interested parties.
- You will search for the most suitable solutions for business needs, contribute to their selection, testing and implementation.
- You will prepare process models, diagrams and descriptions and coordinate the standardization of processes in the organization.
- You will help employees prepare for changes - coordinate communication, training and the introduction of new or updated processes and systems.
- Perform internal process and quality management system audits, coordinate preparation for external audits and monitor the implementation of agreed actions.
- Coordinate the implementation and renewal processes of certificates, licenses, accreditations and other compliance requirements.
- Contribute to process management and strengthening the culture of continuous improvement in the organization.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 5 years of experience in process management, performance improvement, business analysis or organizational change management.
- Practical experience not only in analyzing and describing processes, but also in initiating and implementing their changes.
- Ability to assess the situation, identify the problem, seek solutions and independently bring the issue to a result.
- Experience in collecting, analyzing and documenting business needs and forming requirements for systemic solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills - ability to communicate with both business and IT teams.
- Initiative, proactivity and willingness to find ways to make processes in the organization simpler and more efficient.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Experience working with Bizagi, MS Visio or similar process modeling tools.
- Experience using AI tools for process analysis, efficiency and automation.
- Experience in implementing cross-functional changes in a project organization will be considered an advantage.
