Main responsibilities:
▫️Participate in analyzing existing organizational processes and identifying opportunities for their improvement and automation;
▫️Coordinate the implementation of process optimization, digitalization and automation projects;
▫️Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of RPA (robotic process automation) and other technological solutions;
▫️Collect, systematize and analyze information about processes, systems and data flows;
▫️Collaborate with business units, IT team and external partners to ensure smooth project implementation;
▫️Participate in integrating business systems and standardizing data exchange processes between units;
▫️Assist in preparing process descriptions, documentation, operational instructions and project reports;
▫️Monitor the progress of projects, coordinate tasks, deadlines and ensure timely execution of work;
▫️Participate in assessing the possibilities of applying new IT, automation and artificial intelligence solutions;
▫️Coordinate communication with external suppliers and contribute to the quality assessment of the services they provide.

We expect from you:
▫️Experience in process, project or activity coordination;
▫️Understanding of business processes, systems operation and their interconnections;
▫️Basic knowledge of system integrations, API and data management principles;
▫️Ability to work with data and advanced Excel skills (knowledge of MSSQL, MYSQL, etc. database engines would be an advantage);
▫️Analytical thinking, diligence and ability to systematize information;
▫️Ability to plan work, coordinate several tasks at the same time and meet deadlines;
▫️Good communication skills in cooperation with different departments and partners of the organization;
▫️Ability to communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English;
▫️Higher or higher education (in IT, management, business administration, or similar field).
