What will you do after joining us?
- You will manage and improve the organization's business processes, ensuring their efficiency, clear responsibilities and compliance.
- You will review, develop and maintain internal procedures, procedures, policies and process descriptions.
- You will identify process gaps, initiate changes and ensure their implementation.
- You will develop process control through indicators, audits, process reviews and risk management, in close cooperation with departments.
- You will initiate process automation and system optimization, implement new tools together with the IT and Digital Transformation team.
- You will form and strengthen the process team: set goals, priorities and ensure an effective work culture.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher education.
- Experience in process management, process improvement or quality management.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure information.
- Experience in managing changes or projects (advantage – PMBOK, CCPM or similar methods).
- Clear communication and ability to cooperate with different departments of the organization.
- English language level not lower than B2.
