By joining BSW, you will have the opportunity to:
- Analyze the company's business processes from start to finish (end-to-end), assess their interconnections and identify improvement opportunities;
- Create and improve process architecture, ensuring a clear, consistent and structured process system;
- Model and document processes according to BPMN principles, ensuring information accuracy, clarity and consistency;
- Identify process inconsistencies, inefficient activities and root causes of problems, provide data-based proposals;
- Analyze KPIs, prepare reports and assess process efficiency in order to objectively assess the results of changes;
- Identify opportunities for process standardization, digitalization and automation and assess the practical benefits of possible solutions;
- Collaborate with colleagues and process owners to ensure that process solutions are based on real business needs.
We expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience in analyzing, modeling, documenting and improving company business processes;
- Higher education;
- Analytical and systematic thinking, ability to assess the overall picture of the organization's activities (big picture) and understand the interconnections of processes (end-to-end);
- Knowledge of BPMN process modeling principles and ability to accurately, clearly and structuredly document processes;
- Ability to identify the causes of problems, notice discrepancies and propose logical, practical and data-based solutions;
- Knowledge of LEAN methodology, good MS Excel skills and ability to analyze data and KPIs;
- Ability to assess the possibilities of digitizing and automating processes and applying technological solutions in practice;
- Diligence, attention to detail, independence, responsibility and orientation towards quality and results;
- Fluent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (at least B1 level).
We will consider the following as advantages:
- Practical experience working with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate). Ability to independently create and configure lists, automate workflows, and implement solutions that increase process efficiency;
- Experience working with ISO management systems.
