Nature of work
An international nonwovens manufacturing company is looking for a Process Technologist to work in a new generation automated factory in Šiauliai.
Main responsibilities:
ensure the quality of the manufactured products and compliance with the established requirements;
manage, supervise and control the progress of technological processes and their compliance;
analyze production indicators, identify the causes of deviations and implement process improvement solutions;
prepare, update and maintain technological documentation;
participate in the implementation of new products, raw materials and technological solutions;
cooperate closely with the production manager, quality and technical maintenance teams.

Requirements:
at least a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, polymer technology, plastics production, textile technology, mechanical engineering or another related technical field;
ability to analyze and manage production processes;
responsibility, initiative and orientation towards quality and results.
