Nature of work
- You will assess how work is organized in the company and how different departments cooperate with each other;
- You will look for operational disruptions, redundant steps, duplicate tasks and information transfer problems;
- You will develop and implement solutions with department managers that help work simpler, faster and more efficiently;
- You will oversee process renewal, digitalization and automation initiatives - from identifying the need to the result;
- You will create a clear and integrated work system that ensures smooth interaction between different parts of the company;
- You will monitor performance indicators, productivity, quality and costs, and turn the collected data into specific recommendations;
- You will monitor daily operational challenges, evaluate possible solutions and ensure their implementation.
Employee requirements
- Analytical thinking and the ability not only to notice the problem, but also to find a practically applicable solution;
- Independence, initiative and responsibility for the final result;
- Ability to plan work, select the most important tasks and coordinate several activities at the same time;
- Smooth communication with specialists, employees and managers from various fields;
- Experience working with SolidWorks, AutoCAD and PDM systems;
- Knowledge of English and Russian;
- Discretion and loyalty when working with important and confidential company information.
Experience in the field of metalworking or industrial equipment manufacturing would be a significant advantage.
