Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Process Manager to the Artea bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will be responsible for the analysis and development of financial crime prevention and monitoring processes, improve existing and create new processes. You will also implement and parameterize the rules of the monitoring system, create scenarios and measure their effectiveness;
- You will supervise, develop and test monitoring systems for financial crime prevention. And I will initiate the optimization of processes and systems, including the application of new advanced technological solutions (robotics, machine learning, AI);
- I participated in project activities as an expert in processes and systems in the field of financial crime prevention;
- You will coordinate technical specifications and other technical documents.
- In collaboration with IT architects and data engineers and analysts, you will ensure that business needs are correctly detailed and implemented.
To be #closer, you will need:
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of financial crime prevention working with processes, systems and their development, risk management;
- At least 1 year of business analyst or similar work experience;
- Expert knowledge of financial crime financing typologies and risks;
- Experience in implementing changes in IT systems, including integrations;
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and principles of financial crime monitoring systems is an advantage;
- Good analytical skills and ability to analyze processes and data;
- Ability to implement regulatory requirements while ensuring a good Customer experience;
- Resilience to stressful situations and ability to make independent decisions;
- Ability to communicate well, write, systematize and visualize information;
- Initiative and ability to work quickly, adapt to changing priorities and new tasks;
- Good written and oral knowledge of English and Lithuanian;
- Responsibility for strengthening the culture of risks and compliance - ability to integrate risk management into decisions, be an example for the team and promote conscious behavior in the organization;
- Advantage: experience working with Microsoft Power Apps;
- Advantage: Experience in data management (JSON, basic SQL);
- Advantage: ACAMS, ICA certificates confirming knowledge.
