Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Process Manager to join the Artea bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will be responsible for the analysis and development of payment card fraud prevention and monitoring processes, as well as supervision;
- You will ensure effective fraud risk control in physical cards, e-commerce, digital wallets, tokenized payments and other usage environments;
- Implement and parameterize the rules of the card fraud monitoring system, create rules and measure their effectiveness;
- Monitor, develop and test monitoring systems for fraud prevention;
- Initiate optimization of processes and systems, including the application of new advanced technological solutions (robotics, machine learning, AI);
- Coordinate technical specifications and other technical documents.
To be #closer, you will need:
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of payment card fraud prevention, working with processes, systems and their development, risk management;
- Knowledge of the principles of fraud typology, risk management, regulatory requirements and financial crime monitoring systems;
- Ability to implement regulatory requirements while ensuring a good customer experience;
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, data management (JSON, basic SQL) and certifications confirming knowledge (ACAMS, ICA) will be considered an advantage;
- Good analytical skills and ability to analyze processes and data;
- Good written and oral knowledge of English and Lithuanian;
