Do you want to become a part of "Energy Distribution Operator"?

Analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, initiating and managing changes until the final result is achieved;
Ensuring effective and high-quality process management;
Modeling and documenting processes, ensuring a harmonized description of processes;
Increasing the quality, efficiency of processes and managing risks;
Harmonizing processes with stakeholders (inputs, results, responsibilities);
Forming the activities of working groups related to the implementation of initiated changes;
Being responsible for the necessary, sufficient and timely internal and external communication about process changes;
Cooperating with other departments to gain knowledge and insights.

Important for this position:

Higher university education in business process management, economics, management or other similar fields;
Excellent planning, organizing and coordinating skills;
Process analysis and improvement skills;
Very good knowledge of process management tools and methods and the ability to apply them in practice;
Ability to work with several projects, ensuring the integrity of management systems and various activities, operating in a matrix structure;
Good analytical skills (ability to collect, systematize, analyze information, isolate its essence, compare and summarize data, provide conclusions and recommendations by assessing the broader context of the situation, assessing and determining process indicators).
Basic user skills of MS Office programs.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from 2,520 to 3,780 EUR (excluding taxes). A specific salary is offered based on experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
