You will contribute to the creation of a safe and green energy ecosystem:

• Analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, initiating and managing changes until the final result is achieved;
• Ensuring effective and high-quality process management;
• Modeling and documenting processes, ensuring a harmonized process description;
• Increasing the quality, efficiency of processes and managing risks;
• Harmonizing processes with stakeholders (inputs and results, responsibilities);
• Forming the activities of working groups related to the implementation of initiated changes;
• Responsible for the necessary, sufficient and timely internal and external communication about process changes;
• Collaborating with other departments to gain knowledge and insights.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from 2,520 to 3,780 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
