Your responsibility will be:
- Analyze the organization's activities and identify process gaps, inefficiencies, duplication of responsibilities and coordination deficiencies.
- Work with managers and help the organization move to a clearer and more consistent operating model.
- Create, structure and implement processes from analysis to real operation in the organization.
- Ensure that agreements and processes work in practice, and do not remain only in documents.
- Cooperate with different departments to standardize activities and create a clear work structure.
- Manage the implementation of process changes and ensure their continuity.
- Prepare clear process descriptions, action sequences, distribution of responsibilities and other related documentation.
- Contribute to the creation of a more systematic organization.
We are looking for someone who is able not only to create solutions, but also to help the organization actually work according to them.
Your success will require:
- At least 5 years of experience in process development, optimization and implementation.
- Experience in implementing processes until their real operation in the organization.
- Ability not only to generate ideas, but also to document, manage and implement them in practice.
- Result orientation and ability to complete the work started.
- Ability to work independently with not fully defined situations and structure activities.
- Strong analytical, systematic and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Provide specific examples of implemented processes and achieved results.
