Process control and automation and electronic communications designer

Higher university education in electrical engineering, automation, electronics, telecommunications or similar field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in designing automation, process control or communication systems for electrical energy facilities.
Knowledge of the principles of operation of electrical energy systems and substations.
Experience in designing:
SCADA systems;
Systems based on IEC 61850;
Optical communication and data transmission networks;
Process control and automation systems;
Telecommunications infrastructure in energy facilities.
Good knowledge of:
IEC 61850;
IEC 60870-5-104;
Modbus, DNP3 or other communication protocols;
Ethernet and optical communication networks.
Ability to work with AutoCAD software.

Prepare technical and working designs of process control, relay protection, automation, SCADA and communication systems;
Design substation process control and automation systems for new and reconstructed energy facilities;
Prepare cable logs, connection diagrams, cabinet layout drawings, communication diagrams and other design documentation;
Design optical communication, Ethernet networks, telecommunications and data transmission systems.
Integrate process control systems with SCADA, dispatch control and accounting systems;
Coordinate technical solutions with customers, contractors, equipment suppliers and other designers;
Participate in project expertise, construction and commissioning processes;
Ensure compliance of projects with applicable legal acts, standards and customer requirements;

Qualification certificate of the head of the special construction project part (process control and automation, electronic communications);
Experience in designing 110 kV and higher voltage substations;
Experience in working with technical requirements of Litgrid, ESO or international operators;
English language proficiency at the level of preparation and analysis of technical documentation;
Experience in working with Bentley, EPLAN, Engineering Base or other design systems;
Certificate of the head of the special construction project part;
Work experience in high and medium voltage energy facilities;

From 2200 €/mon. net
Salary depends on competencies and is discussed during the job interview.
