Nature of work:
- Analysis, description and improvement of the company's business processes in order to increase operational efficiency and reduce the volume of manual work;
- Preparation and updating of process diagrams, operational guidelines, instructions and other information related to process management;
- Analysis and optimization of operational processes, data flows and interactions between different systems;
- Cooperation with company departments in identifying opportunities for process improvement, digitalization and automation;
- Participation in the implementation of IT solutions and automation initiatives, contributing to the efficiency of processes;
- Monitoring of process performance indicators, data analysis and providing proposals for improving performance.
Requirements:
- Higher education in management, business administration or similar field;
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of process management. Experience in quality management and/or logistics is a great advantage;
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to systematically solve complex problems;
- Good skills in working with process modeling and analysis tools (Visio, Bizagi, Draw.io or others);
- Understanding of process automation principles and system integrations would be an advantage;
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and managers at various levels;
- Result orientation, initiative and desire for continuous improvement;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good knowledge of English.
