Nature of work
- Identify, describe and visualize the company's existing operational and production processes.
- Analyze process performance, disruptions and bottlenecks.
- Prepare recommendations for process improvement and standardization.
- Create and update process documentation and procedures.
- Identify and monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare process efficiency, productivity and loss analysis reports.
- Provide insights to management on process optimization opportunities.
- Prepare and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Control how departments comply with established process standards.
- Organize process audits and identify non-conformities.
- Lead and coordinate Lean and other performance improvement initiatives and tools (5S, Kaizen, Asaichi, etc.).
- Continuous cooperation with production, quality, logistics and administration (sales, purchasing, marketing, etc.) departments to ensure smooth execution of processes.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (in management, engineering or economics).
- Work experience in the field of production or service process optimization/Lean.
- Knowledge and practical application of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, detail and result orientation.
- Good communication, negotiation and change management skills.
- Foreign language skills (English - at least B1 level required).
- Computer literacy (MS Office, process modeling tools, Navision or similar ERP systems).
