Main responsibilities:
- To form and manage the operational architecture of one of the LTG Group companies/functions
- To contribute to the development of the operational architecture function policy, methodology, process standards
- To increase the maturity of process management, organize training and provide consultations
- To ensure the relevance of activity documents and data in the supervised area
- To analyze the process indicators of the assigned area and the reasons for their changes
- To initiate process improvement (modeling and implementation), conduct audits, lead implementation groups, model processes, control implementation activities
- To provide proposals for operational improvement
- To model E2E processes, customer journey maps
- To ensure the management of internal customer interests
- To ensure the implementation of a customer-oriented approach in the operational model and processes
- To assess the impact of changes in the assigned area on the operational architecture of the LTG Group of Companies
- To carry out other assignments of the team leader and matrix manager according to their competence
What we hope?
- Work experience in implementing process development and efficiency projects in companies
- Higher university education
- Knowledge of process improvement and project management methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of business architecture management principles and experience in applying them
- Knowledge of change management principles and experience in applying them
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work with at least one process modeling, analysis and management tool, experience working with ARIS would be an advantage
- Fluent Lithuanian and English
