PROCESS MANAGEMENT MANAGER(S)

We are currently looking for a new team member, Process Management Manager, in the Operational Efficiency Department. In this position, you will be responsible for improving operational processes, coordinating/developing digitalization and AI solutions. Do you think we are on the right track? You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Analyzing operational processes and identifying digitalization and automation opportunities;
• Initiating and implementing solutions to improve process efficiency, in collaboration with process owners;
• Developing and implementing automation solutions using various digital tools;
• Participating in the development of artificial intelligence solutions from identifying needs and describing use cases to testing and evaluating results;
• Contributing to the implementation, testing and development of a process management tool in the organization;
• Documenting business processes, preparing process diagrams, regulatory documents and developing an organizational process map.

• Higher education in business process management, business systems, economics, management, IT, data analytics or similar fields;
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of business process management, process improvement or organizational change;
• Knowledge of process automation solutions (workflow systems, AI, RPA or similar) and experience in participating in their implementation, change or project management initiatives;
• Skills in working with process modeling and documentation tools (e.g. Bizagi Modeler, Visio or others);
• Process analysis, problem identification and solution search skills;
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (at least B1 level);
• Independence, initiative, communication skills and result orientation;
• Category B driver's license.

An advantage would be:

• Experience in developing and testing AI agents, automations or working with Power Apps, Power Automate solutions;
• Certifications in LEAN or other process management methodologies;
• Experience in documenting processes, preparing regulatory documents and working with process management systems.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 3,430 to EUR 5,150 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
