Nature of work

We are looking for someone who can help the organization consistently develop, standardize and streamline its business processes and ensure that agreed solutions become real daily practice.

We are looking for a colleague who is not limited to describing processes or providing recommendations.
It is important to us that you are able to understand the organization's activities, see improvement opportunities, bring different people together for a common goal and consistently accompany changes to a real result.

What will be required in this position?

  • Assess the effectiveness of existing organizational processes and identify opportunities for their improvement.
  • Analyze operational challenges and, together with managers and teams, search for more effective work organization solutions.
  • Prepare and update process descriptions, process maps and ensure their consistency throughout the organization.
  • Standardize organizational processes, taking into account operational needs and strategic goals.
  • Initiate, plan and coordinate process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Bring together managers and employees from different areas for joint development and implementation of solutions.
  • Consult managers and teams during changes and help integrate new operating principles into daily work.
  • Monitor the results of implemented changes, assess their impact and initiate further improvements.
  • Collaborate with technology partners and internal IT specialists when technological solutions are needed to improve processes.
  • Contribute to the organization's digitalization initiatives, ensuring that technological solutions meet real operational needs.

We hope you:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in process management, process development, operational efficiency or a similar field.
  • You are able to prepare process maps, process descriptions and other process documentation.
  • You are able to see the organization as a unified system and understand the interdependencies of processes.
  • You are able to work at both the strategic and practical levels - from identifying problems to implementing solutions.
  • You have experience in change management and are able to ensure that agreed solutions become real organizational practice.
  • You know how to mobilize people from different areas for a common result and exert influence without having direct reporting.
  • You are able to work constructively with different opinions and resistance to change.
  • You are characterized by a strong orientation towards results and feel responsible not only for proposals, but also for their implementation.

It would be very useful if:

  • You have experience in process digitization or automation projects.
  • You have worked with Microsoft 365 or similar business tools.
  • You have experience in formulating business requirements for information systems.
  • You are interested in the possibilities of automation and artificial intelligence and are able to evaluate their practical application in the organization's activities.
  • You have experience in collaborating with external technology partners.
  • You have experience in the construction sector or in a general contracting company.
