What you'll do

• Ensure efficient and smooth execution of company mobility processes (e.g. fleet, travel management)
• Manage the full lifecycle of the company car fleet, including purchasing, selling, maintenance and handover processes
• Ensure effective cooperation with mobility-related suppliers and service providers
• Plan, control and optimize mobility budget and ensure cost efficiency
• Lead and participate in cross-functional mobility and procurement projects in the Baltics
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and act as main point of contact for mobility-related topics
• Follow, update and improve internal processes, track KPIs and prepare reports and presentations

About you

• Higher education in business administration, supply chain, technical or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, procurement or mobility-related role
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or MS Office
• Strong project management skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in an international environment is an advantage
• Category B driving license
