What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from research and negotiations to contracting and administration across the Baltics
  

• Negotiate and ensure best contractual conditions
  

• Ensure supplier management inside and outside the Baltics
  

• Follow, update and improve internal procurement policies
  

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify needs and deliver procurement solutions
  

• Participate in local and international projects
  

• Execute administrative tasks, track KPIs and create presentations
  

• Act as business owner for assigned procurement areas (e.g. Facility Management, IT, Marketing, HR)
  

About you

• Higher education
  

• At least 2 years of experience in procurement or project management
  

• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)
  

• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented with a structured approach to work
  

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  

• Confident in presenting and defending own proposals with logical arguments
  

• Ability to work independently and in a team
  

• Category B driving license
