In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Planning of Lithuanian authorial production, coordination of creation and production processes;
- Initiation/organization of public procurement of programs, negotiations with producers/authors and administration of contracts and other documents;
- Planning of financial and technical resources and their effective use;
- Ensuring the quality of the content of the curated production and compliance with legal acts;
- Providing proposals for the improvement of new projects and processes.
We hope you will have:
- Higher education;
- At least 1 year of work experience in organizing creative and production television processes;
- Good planning, organizing and coordination skills;
- Ability to analyze and understand complex processes;
- Good skills in Microsoft Office programs (Excel and PowerPoint);
- Experience working with production planning, ordering or program review systems (would be an advantage);
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, you will be able to communicate in an argumentative manner.
