Product Category Manager (Beverages)

· Develop and execute beverage category strategy across LT, LV, and EE markets.
· Manage assortment, SKU optimization, and new product introductions.
· Lead supplier negotiations (pricing, rebates, marketing support) and build strategic partnerships.
· Optimize purchasing costs, margins, and cost of sales (COS).
· Monitor sales performance

· 2+ years of experience in category management, procurement, or beverage industry (HoReCa/retail experience preferred).
· Strong understanding of beverage category (alcoholic & non-alcoholic trends, brands, pricing logic).
· Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis; ability to work with large datasets).
· Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
· Experience working with multi-market is an advantage.
· Fluent English and Lithuanian languages.
