We’re one of the fastest-growing home office eCommerce brands, building products for real homes — not showrooms. We move fast: ideas go from sketch to sample in weeks, not quarters. Your work won’t sit in presentations — it will end up in thousands of homes.
You’ll work closely with our product and manufacturing teams, with real ownership from day one. This is a rare opportunity to take ideas all the way from concept to production in a company where design actually ships.


What You’ll Do

• Own new home office products from brief to production-ready — furniture, seating, and accessories
  
• Create sketch concepts, CAD models, and manufacturer-ready technical documentation
  
• Work directly with manufacturers to solve production challenges — not just flag them
  
• Ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and optimized for production
  
• Manage sampling: review prototypes, iterate, and refine until the product is right
  
• Contribute to material, finish, and detail decisions — including the small touches that make a product stand out
  
• Translate trends and research into buildable, production-ready concepts
  
• A/B test design directions, challenge your own ideas, and iterate quickly
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in industrial or product design (furniture or consumer goods preferred)
  
• Degree in Industrial/Product Design or similar
  
• A strong portfolio showing the full process — from early sketches to production
  
• Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Onshape, AutoCAD or similar)
  
• Solid understanding of materials and manufacturing (wood, metal, plastics, mesh)
  
• Experience preparing technical drawings for suppliers
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where decisions move quickly
  
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English
  

Bonus Points

• Experience designing for eCommerce — you understand how products need to look, not just function
  
• Familiarity with AI tools like KREA, Vizcom
  
• Experience working with Asian or European manufacturers
