We are looking for a Product Development Assistant to join our Design & Product team and support the development of collections from concept to production.
This position is ideal for someone with a fashion, design, garment technology, or product development background who enjoys both creative and organizational work.

Key responsibilities:
- Creating product concepts, sketches, prints, and mockups for new collections
- Preparing technical specifications, tech packs, and product documentation
- Managing product development files and collection data
- Communicating daily with manufacturers and suppliers
- Coordinating sample development, revisions, and approvals
- Assisting with photo retouching and visual asset management
- Coordinating packaging, trims, labels, and related development materials
- Supporting the Design & Product team in bringing collections from concept to production
Requirements:
- Higher education in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Product Development, Garment Technology, or a related field
- Native-level Lithuanian and excellent written and spoken English
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Confident user of Excel and comfortable working with product data and technical documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Interest in product development, manufacturing processes, and bringing products from concept to production
- Creative mindset combined with a structured and analytical approach to work
