You will be responsible for the following projects:
We offer a hybrid work model (2 days per week from home).
Expect business travel at least 4 times a year.

- Actively develop product roadmap together with R&D and Sales departments;
- Gather and systematize information about the competitive market and regulatory requirements;
- Proactively engage with market participants to collect feedback on current and upcoming products and features;
- Propose the launch of new products and improvements to existing ones;
- Prepare and execute commercialization plans for new products in cooperation with other departments;
- Collaborate closely with the sales team on product presentation, sales strategies, training, etc.;
- Define and monitor product-related KPIs (cost, sales price, volumes, PnL);
- Organize timely product discontinuation from the market or replacement with alternative products.

Salary
From 3800 to 5100 €/month gross
Salary depends on your competencies and is negotiable.
- Experience in a similar product management position;
- A university degree in engineering or management;
- Continuous improvement mindset, ability to present and defend your ideas;
- Excellent computer skills, proficient with MS Office;
- High standards for yourself and others, quick to adapt, analytically minded, communicative;
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written);
- Understanding of manufacturing processes is an advantage.
