Product & Marketing Manager – Clinical Nutrition

We are currently looking for a Product & Marketing Manager – Clinical Nutrition to join the Fresenius Kabi Baltics team. In this role, you will drive market development, strengthen the clinical nutrition portfolio, and contribute to the strategic and commercial growth of the business across the Baltic region.

Your Role in the Team:

• Analyze the market and develop strategies to establish clinical nutrition solutions in hospitals.
• Oversee the introduction of new products and their integration into treatment practices.
• Collaborate with doctors, hospital administrations, and healthcare professional organizations.
• Organize training sessions, conferences, and events to share the latest clinical nutrition insights.
• Monitor market trends, align with company recommendations, and create implementation strategies for the Baltic region.
• Participate in international projects and cooperate with clinical nutrition experts across Europe.

What We Expect from You:

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious professional with a strong commercial mindset who is motivated to drive business growth and deliver meaningful results.

• A university degree in Marketing would be considered a strong advantage; a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry, or a related field is also relevant.
• At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector in product management and/or marketing, with hands-on marketing experience in market analysis, product positioning, product launches, and marketing strategy implementation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals, conduct trainings, and build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, as the role involves international projects and collaboration with colleagues across different countries.

A proactive mindset, strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives towards results.
