Product Owner (ERP/TMS + AI)

We are looking for someone who is interested not only in "administering tasks", but in really understanding how business, logistics, IT systems work and helping to improve them.

We are among the market leaders in Lithuania — our ERP/TMS solutions are used by 500+ customers.

We already work with 50+ companies in Europe and are actively expanding further.

We develop the product not only as a classic ERP/TMS solution — we actively invest in AI, automation and knowledge systems evolution.

The position is suitable for both a strong junior/mid candidate with high potential and an experienced Product/PM person.

What will you do:

• Analyze customer needs and real business problems;
• Help refine feature, bug and process logic;
• Work together with the Product/Dev team in developing the ERP/TMS product;
• Participate in feature development from idea to launch for customers;
• Contribute to the development of AI solutions;
• Help move forward stalled or complex projects;
• Communicate with customers, consultants, programmers and Product/Dev Lead.

We don't do "just ticket administration". We expect real involvement in product logic, solutions and system evolution.

Strong junior/mid candidates are also suitable if we see a fast learning pace and potential for growth.
No need for many years of Product/PM experience - we have very successful people who came from: mathematics, logistics, or were just very curious and learned quickly.

This role will not suit you if:

• You only want to administer tasks;
• You avoid technical systems;
• You do not like to delve into problems;
• You expect detailed instructions for every step.
