We are seeking a Production Engineer to join our agile and innovative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring smooth assembly operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining high-quality standards in manufacturing. Your work will involve close collaboration with the R&D engineering team, implementing best practices, and ensuring efficiency in daily operations. Responsibilities
- Effective communication with supply managers and coordination with various manufacturers.
- Component modification, precision soldering, and reassembly in adherence to device specifications.
- Assembly of devices and preparation of submodules ensuring their quality according to technical documentation.
- Filling out technical documentation.
- When necessary, carry out technical evaluation and repair for defective devices.
- Ensuring assembly efficiency and driving continuous process improvement.
Reikalavimai darbuotojui
- 2+ years of experience in multiple engineering disciplines: mechanical, electrical, optical etc.
- Degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electronics or similar.
- Lithuanian and English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical and analytical thinking capability.
