Full-time
Vilnius - UAB „Staticus“
Staticus is looking for a Production Project Manager to join the Production Realization Department in Vilnius. Reporting to the Head of Production Realization, you will lead the production stage of complex, custom-made façade projects - from production preparation to dispatch - and make sure every product leaves the factory on time, within budget and to the required quality.
Every façade we build starts as a design and ends as thousands of unique units leaving our factory in Vilnius for landmark buildings across Europe. The Production Project Manager is the person who makes that happen: you own the production of a project - the plan, the budget and the result.

Future responsibilities:

  • Owning the production of your project - from the preparation hand-over to dispatch readiness, as the main coordinator and decision-maker within the production scope.
  • Planning that holds - building the project production schedule with the Project Manager and Construction Manager, shaping lots and sequences that balance site needs with production efficiency, and keeping a rolling look-ahead plan.
  • Starting with a full kit - making sure production orders start with complete materials and documentation, together with supply and production preparation.
  • Budget and cost control - forecasting production cost, spotting overruns early and initiating optimization, including make-or-buy and subcontracting decisions.
  • Risks, deviations and claims - identifying schedule, resource, technical and quality risks early, closing deviations on time, and documenting non-conformities so they support client and supplier variations.
  • Technology and packaging – close collaboration with production technologists and designers during all project phases, balancing quality, cost and schedule.
  • The voice of production - representing production in project and coordination meetings and keeping design, supply, production and the site team informed of every change.
  • Data and improvement - working with live production KPIs and dashboards, using data to decide, and sharing lessons learned with the next projects.

What you will decide
  • Day-to-day production decisions within the approved plan and budget.
  • Production spending within the approved budget.
  • Changes to the production sequence and schedule, aligned with the project's stakeholders.
  • Production technology changes and subcontracting, aligned with the project's stakeholders.

Two results that are yours on every project
  • On time - every product is ready to ship to the site in line with the site delivery schedule.
  • On budget - you own the project's production budget - processing, technology, assembly and packing - and keep it on budget or better.

Expectations for a future collaborator:

  • A university degree in engineering, manufacturing, construction or project management.
  • At least
  • project management, ideally in manufacturing or construction projects with complex, custom-made products.
  • Understanding of how production processes work and how to organize them efficiently, and knowledge of production technologies and materials.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, understand technical solutions and production specifications, and confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • An analytical mindset: you work with production planning systems, turn production data and KPIs into decisions and clear reports.
  • Good working English (at least B1-B2 level) for project communication and documentation.
  • Ownership, organization and a proactive approach; the ability to handle several priorities and to balance the interests of different departments.
  • Project management training or certification is an advantage.

What do we offer?

  • A strong team around you - production preparation engineers, technologists and production line leaders who work with you every day.
  • A structured start - an onboarding into our products, processes and production systems, so you can take over a project with confidence.
  • Career Path: With 65% of our current management team having joined Staticus as specialists, we are a company that provides concrete pathways for your career development.
  • Professional growth: We offer our team a range of development opportunities, including international training courses and seminars.
  • Work-life Balance: Flexible working hours and hybrid work possibilities, depending on project needs.
  • Tailored Company Benefits that Suit Your Preferences: These can include health insurance, study funding, or other offerings designed to support your well-being and professional growth.
  • Compensation: In Lithuania, the salary offer typically ranges from 3800 EUR to 4900 EUR gross, based on your skills, competencies, and experience.
