Nature of work:
- Organization of daily activities of the press department and responsibility for results.
- Management of the production process, ensuring the execution of orders according to established KPIs.
- Ensuring compliance with quality, occupational safety and environmental standards in the production process.
- Planning team work, developing employee competencies, motivating and promoting inclusion.
- Analysis of performance results and reporting using ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
- Cooperation with other departments to achieve continuous optimization of activities.
- Identification of problem situations and implementation of solutions focused on efficiency.
- Participation in process improvement projects and implementation of Lean methodology.
Your qualities and skills:
- Management experience in manufacturing; experience in metal or rubber manufacturing is an advantage.
- Technical/engineering or production management education (advantage).
- Good understanding of processes and ability to optimize them.
- Experience working according to the principles of Lean methodology.
- Ability to lead a team and create a positive, engaging work culture.
- Analytical thinking, ability to solve problems and make decisions.
- Knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage.
