• E. Delivery is a national secure electronic delivery system that allows residents, businesses and institutions to quickly and reliably exchange official documents online.
• It is comparable to registered mail – each shipment has evidentiary value, and documents are delivered in real time, ensuring complete data confidentiality and security.
• Using E. Delivery, senders and recipients save time, avoid physical processes, and all communication becomes faster, clearer and cheaper.
• The system was created to simplify official correspondence at the state level and today is one of the most important secure electronic services infrastructures in Lithuania.

We are looking for a colleague who:

• would analyze the E. Delivery IS service provision processes and factors influencing their operation;
• would make proposals to the Product Manager for improving service processes;
• would contribute to modernization, perform development needs analysis and integration of solutions with existing systems and decide on the implementation of new functions;
• coordinate the solutions of the developed functionality with the Product Manager, developers and IT departments;
• prepare functional and non-functional requirements;
• ensure the quality and relevance of technical documentation;
• know operational analysis methodologies and be able to apply their best practices.

For this position, we need:

• higher education or equivalent;
• at least 1 year of similar work experience;
• ability to analyze and model business processes (BPMN, UML);
• knowledge of the principles of information systems development and maintenance;
• excellent ability to express thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing, and proficiency in English;
• strategic thinking, responsibility, initiative, results-oriented, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and professional reputation;
• experience in practical application of Agile, JIRA, Confluence (advantage).

Salary:

• 2,400 - 3,600 €/month excluding taxes. The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
