Product Analyst

NTRPIEP (NTR message import electronic service) is an information solution that allows for automated data transfer and processing in NTR, ensuring smooth service provision, data quality and interaction with other systems.

We are looking for a colleague who:

• would analyze the operation of NTR electronic services (especially NTRPIEP) and service provision processes, identify improvement opportunities;
• collect and structure the needs of users and stakeholders and translate them into clear solutions;
• participate in the development and maintenance of NTRPIEP - from needs analysis to functionality implementation;
• develop and coordinate functional and non-functional requirements with the product manager and IT teams;
• analyze data, its flows and integrations and take care of the quality of data and solutions;
• ensure the clarity, relevance and practical benefit of technical documentation.

In this position, we value:

• higher education or equivalent;
• at least 1 year of similar work experience;
• ability to analyze and model business processes;
• knowledge of the principles of information systems development and maintenance;
• excellent ability to fluently and correctly present thoughts in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing, and proficiency in English;

Salary:

• 2400 - 3600 €/month. excluding taxes. The exact amount of salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.

Fixed-term employment contract.
