The Toyota Product Expert is an integral part of the Tokwila customer service team and performs a crucial mission, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The main function of the Toyota Product Expert is to provide expert advice to customers on automotive and service issues, in close cooperation with the sales and service teams.
Nature of work
- Live communication with customers, presenting car functions, technologies, accessories and our services.
- Organizing and conducting test drives with customers, presenting cars and answering questions.
- Handing over purchased cars to customers, presenting functions and capabilities.
- Welcoming arriving service customers, consulting, presenting products.
- Working with existing customer portfolio, sending offers, making calls, presenting products.
Primary responsibilities
- Assisting customers in selecting and configuring cars, offering additional accessories and add-ons.
- Cooperating and assisting sales and service teams in meeting customer needs.
- Participating in events to present Toyota products, technologies and services.
- Follow-up by phone and email with the customer after the cars are delivered.
Employee requirements
- Work experience in customer service or sales.
- Excellent English language skills (mandatory) and higher (higher) education.
- Knowledge and interest in cars, the market and technology.
- Ability to learn and transfer accumulated knowledge to others.
- Teamwork, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Organization, ability to work quickly and efficiently;
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule and on Saturdays.
