Product Engineer | Electronics Manufacturing

We are looking for a Product Engineer to supplement and strengthen our growing team, located in Vilnius, Svylos g. 16.

Teltonika's electronics manufacturing departments develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

In this position, you will:

• You will be responsible for managing your project portfolio (contract manufacturing).
• You will communicate directly with the client and coordinate critical project requirements, technological production path, and prepare production documentation according to industry and client standards.
• You will analyze and solve qualitative and quantitative production problems in assigned projects.
• You will coordinate new technology implementation projects for projects under your management.
• You will collaborate with production, quality, planning, innovation, technical, supply, sales departments and a group of process engineers to solve project production progress and challenges.
• You will participate in meetings with customers, represent internal and external audits for your projects.
• You will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of a harmonized production process and project change management, ensuring that projects are produced on time, with quality and according to the calculated production costs.
• You will work 5 days a week (weekends and holidays off).

What we expect from you:

• Experience in electronics production and/or design would be a significant advantage.
• Higher education in the field of electronics/engineering/technology.
• At least 2-3 years of work experience as a product engineer, project manager or similar position related to project portfolio management from the technical side.
• Experience in technical production documentation management, including documentation preparation, analysis and improvement.
• Practical knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and DFM (design for manufacturing), DFA (design for assembly) engineering practices.
• Strong knowledge of reading technical drawings, schematics, BOM.
• Knowledge of project production development stages (prototypes, pilot batches, mass production).
• Project management, communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of quality and industry standards (IPC, ISO 9001, ISO 13485) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English (B2 level) and Lithuanian).
• Very good skills in working with MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Practical skills in applying analysis and problem-solving methods.
• Ability to rationally analyze information and make decisions.

Salary
We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position is from 18 Eur/hour. up to 24 Eur/hour (~3024 Eur – 4032 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence. There is a possibility of receiving bonuses.
