JOB DESCRIPTION: PRODUCT ENGINEER
We are inviting a Product Engineer to join our team in Vilnius.
This is not a classic manufacturing or assembly position. We are looking for someone who will join the electro-optical system team and work where engineering, prototyping, testing and product development meet.
The product you will work on is still in an active development stage. Each new version brings new technical challenges, so it is important not only to be able to accurately assemble the system, but also to understand how it works, identify problems and contribute to its improvement.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to see the entire product path from prototype to serial production.

IN THIS POSITION YOU:
- Assemble prototypes of electro-optical systems and their subsystems.
- Work with both mechanical and electronic parts of the product.
- Perform minor electronics integration and soldering work.
- Test assembled assemblies and final products.
- Record observed problems and provide suggestions for product or process improvement.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of assembly instructions (SOPs) and technical documentation.
- Document assembly processes and their progress.
- Collaborate with engineers from mechanical, electronic and other fields to solve technical challenges.
- Contribute to product iterations, validation and preparation for future serial production.
- Help ensure that the product is not only functional, but also reproducible.
ABOUT YOU
- You are meticulous, responsible and enjoy working with technical products.
- You are interested in mechanics, electronics or a combination of both.
- You are able to work independently and actively seek answers when faced with a new problem.
- You want to understand not only what you do, but also why you do it.
- You are not afraid of technical challenges and the learning process.
- You are able to work with small components and tasks requiring precision.
- You can read technical information in English.
WE WILL CONSIDER IT AN ADVANTAGE IF
- Have experience in electronics assembly or soldering.
- Have experience in mechanical assembly.
- Have worked with prototypes or R&D products.
- Know how to read technical drawings, diagrams or assembly instructions.
- Are interested in drones, robotics, optics or other advanced technologies.

COMPENSATION
