We are currently recruiting a Product Owner to work with the development of digital channels at “Lietuvos draudimas”.

What will your workday look like?


• You will develop and manage the product strategy and vision.

• You will ensure the creation of an annual and quarterly product roadmap.
• You will be able to clearly understand business goals and, in collaboration with the team, propose the most effective digital solutions for their implementation.
• You will be responsible for maximizing the value of the work performed by the product and the team and for managing the product backlog.
• You will take care of the product development from start to finish.
• You will ensure that the product team has clear goals for the work being performed and that the product backlog entries are clearly described and understood.
• You will be responsible for investments in all areas related to the product - development, technical debt elimination, automated testing, platform optimization, system maintenance and ensuring related SLAs.
• You will ensure continuous measurement of the achievement of product goals, tracking metrics.
• You will be an active member of the Product Community and strive for continuous improvement of product management practices in the company.
• You will be an ambassador of the Agile culture in the company.

• Higher education.

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Excellent knowledge of the business area being managed or motivation and commitment to acquire the necessary knowledge.
• Very good knowledge of systems development processes or motivation and commitment to acquire the necessary knowledge.
• Strong ownership of the area being managed.
• Good managerial and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinking.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and support the team.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, teamwork and negotiation skills.
• Very good knowledge of English (verbal and written).

Salary: from 4600 - 5700 Eur (before taxes) depending on the employee's competencies and experience.
