Product Technologist

👉Daily work with the client's (IKEA) systems, through which information about product changes is received and transmitted - you will be the first to know what is changing and ensure that this information reaches the right people;
👉 Implementation of product changes within the company: close cooperation with production, quality, purchasing and other departments and clear distribution of information so that changes occur smoothly and on time;
👉 Management of product design optimization projects in order to reduce production costs without compromising quality - from idea to result: organization and coordination of tests, responsibility for the project progress, deadlines and quality of final results;
👉Regular presentation of project status to the department head, other departments and the client - thanks to you, everyone will know where we are and what awaits us next;
👉Analysis of product drawings and technical requirements - the ability to see how a product drawn on paper turns into real production;
👉Review of technological aspects and preparation for production;
👉Performing calculations and preparing the necessary documentation for updating product prices or evaluating change proposals;
👉 Analyzing and updating existing proposals, looking for better and more effective solutions;
👉 Effective, clear communication with all company departments and timely transmission of information to the client - so that no one is waiting for an answer and no misunderstandings arise.

✅Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility – you follow through on the work you start;
✅ Ability to independently coordinate small-scale projects within the company and keep them on track;
✅ Ability to communicate effectively and smoothly with both different departments of the company and with an international client;
✅Psychological resilience and the ability to find out and obtain the necessary information even when it is not easily accessible;
✅Technical drawing reading and analysis skills;
✅ Ability to work with SolidWorks;
✅ Experience with ERP systems (MONITOR, SAP or similar) – this would be a great advantage;
✅ Work experience in the field of furniture production or technology – would be an advantage, but the most important thing is the desire to learn and deepen your knowledge;
✅ Ability to feel comfortable working with information systems and technical documentation;
✅ Excellent English language skills (B2 or C1 level) – you will communicate with an international team and client on a daily basis.
