Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Product Manager to join the [b]Artea bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will be responsible for the customer data (Master Customer Data, hereinafter - MCD) management information system – from the idea to the use of the solution in daily activities;
- You will form the product vision, priorities and development direction, ensuring their compatibility with the strategic goals of the organization;
- I will analyze and identify MCD-related processes, optimization and automation opportunities, prepare system requirements, ensuring their compliance with the legal acts of the European Central Bank and the Bank of Lithuania;
- You will be responsible for the creation, implementation, development and integration of this product with other systems (e.g. CRM, customer self-service, Core Banking systems);
- You will actively participate in the testing, bug fixing and implementation of changes to the MCD system;
- You will create and manage a long-term MCD development roadmap, plan implementations and prioritize the development tasks list (backlog), balancing between value, risks and costs.
- I will cooperate with other departments of the Bank and external partners to ensure the implementation of reliable, secure and value-creating solutions;
- I will participate in the largest transformation program of Artea Bank and contribute to significant changes.
To be #closer, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, IT projects or business analysis (an advantage is experience in the financial sector or another regulated sector);
- Experience in creating and developing information systems, understanding of data management principles, knowledge of integrations and system interaction;
- Analytical thinking, ability to see end-to-end (E2E) processes and describe them, make informed decisions, prepare requirements, usage scenarios and cases (user stories/use cases);
- Experience in working according to Agile (Scrum/Kanban) principles and coordinating the work of development teams (planning, testing, change implementation, support);
- Practical experience using JIRA, Azure DevOps or other similar work tools;
- Excellent collaboration, communication, presentation and training skills,
- Understanding of compliance, risk management, data protection;
- Very good knowledge of English.
